Lattice org chart reviews are customizable and easy to create. Org chart reviews utilize the employee reporting structure to auto-assign self, upward, and manager reviews. Reviewees are the employees who will be reviewed and will receive a review packet in this review cycle.

Before you start
Selecting to review all employees will pull in users in the active, invited, and created states. Created users will not receive a notification for the review cycle until invited to Lattice.
Select reviewees
Navigate to your review cycle.
Navigate to Setup > Reviewees.
Choose to:
Include all employees
Select specific employees
[Optional] If choosing to review specific employees, you can filter to select reviewees by manager, department, start date, or custom fields.
Note: When using the specific employees option once you have selected the specific employees you'd like to add you will need to click Add reviewees to set them as reviewees.
Bulk select reviewees via CSV
To bulk-select a more significant subset, you can upload a CSV of reviewee email addresses. Learn how to select reviewees via CSV in How To Choose Specific Reviewees Using a CSV.
