Once configured, admins can activate the Lattice AI Agent for all employees or a subset of employees.
Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI Agent > Configuration.
Navigate to the Permissions tab > AI Agent Access.
Select whether to enable for:
Everyone: Enable the AI Agent for all employees
Specific employees: Filter using department, location or custom fields to select or exclude certain employees.
Testing Mode: Admins can explore the AI agent in a testing environment before giving employees access.
Select Save Changes.
