Admins and review admins are able to override and add Peer Reviewers for an Org Chart Performance Review Cycle via a CSV upload.
Before you start
Peers can be uploaded via CSV during the Pre-Launch stage and Peer Selection stage of the review cycle. They cannot be uploaded once Review Writing has been launched.
Once peers have been uploaded by an admin, managers/reviewees cannot submit or approve nominations.
Upload Peers via a CSV
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.
Select the review cycle and navigate to Peer Selection.
Select Import CSV.
Select Download CSV template and fill out the necessary fields.
Upload the file to the Import CSV page either by dragging or selecting the file > Select Import.
Troubleshoot the file upload
If the file upload partially fails or fails completely, confirm that:
The reviewee/reviewer email matches the email present in their Lattice profile.
The nominated peer is not already a manager or direct report of the reviewee.
