Download a Lattice AI Agent Transcript from your 1:1

When the Lattice AI Agent in 1:1s has been enabled in a 1:1 relationship and transcript storage has been enabled, participants can download the transcript as a TXT file.

Before you start

  • The transcript is only visible to meeting participants.

  • Admins cannot access 1:1 transcripts.

Download a Meeting Transcript

  1. Navigate to 1:1s > All 1:1s.

  2. Select the 1:1 relationship and navigate to the meeting you would like to access the transcript for.

  3. Select the ellipsis (...) next to Lattice AI Agent attended > Download transcript.

  4. Confirm by selecting Download.
