Written by Adam

Before you start

  • Activation of Lattice AI is required in order for the Agent in 1:1s-specific settings to be available to admins: Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Enable Lattice AI.

Disable or Enable the Lattice AI Agent for 1:1s

  1. Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Agent in 1:1s and Meetings > Manage.

  2. Navigate to the Activation section to configure who should have access to the AI Agent in 1:1s and Meetings:

    • Enable for all employees: All employees and future hires can use the agent.

    • Enable for specific employees: Select employees by fields, user groups, or individuals via the Edit Criteria button

    • Disable for all employees: No employees or future hires can use the agent.

You can modify this selection at any time.

Configure Auto-Invite

  1. Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Agent in 1:1s and Meetings > Manage.

  2. Navigate to the Auto-invite section and enable Auto-invite to all 1:1s.

    1. When enabled, the Agent is automatically added to all upcoming 1:1 meetings for employees who have been granted access to the tool. Employees can remove the Agent from any meeting at any time directly within Lattice.

    2. If toggled off, employees will need to manually invite the AI Agent to their current meeting and or all upcoming meetings.

Transcript Retention

By default, transcripts are not retained. If you want to store transcripts:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Lattice AI > Features > Agent in 1:1s and Meetings > Manage.

  2. Under Transcript storage and retention, toggle on Store transcripts.

  3. Select your desired length of time from the dropdown menu, then Confirm your changes.
Note: Once toggled on, the default transcript retention period is the length of your Lattice contract + 180 days.
