Admins and IT admins can disconnect their HRIS integration* from Lattice by following these steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform > Integrations.
- Navigate to your HRIS option.
- Click Disconnect from [HRIS].
- Within the confirmation modal, select whether to remove external IDs upon disconnecting.
- Confirm by clicking Disconnect from [HRIS].
Note: If you remove external IDs upon disconnecting, IDs would be reassigned using each user's email as the unique identifier between the two systems if you were to integrate again. If you disconnect the integration in order to integrate with a different external system, you need to remove external IDs.
*except for ADP. The ADP integration has to be disconnected in their application, not Lattice.
