Error: Lattice application was not found in Microsoft Teams catalog

To resolve the error:

1. Navigate to Microsoft Teams > Apps.
2. Search for "Lattice" using the search bar.
3. If the Lattice application does not appear, there may be a company policy blocking the application. If this is the case, please review the two Microsoft articles below.
