Edit Survey Questions

Once a survey question has been created, an account admin can edit the question from the question bank.

Before you start

• Lattice default questions cannot be edited.
• You can edit the agree/disagree scale to include or remove the comment section, however, multiple choice and comment-only questions cannot be changed.
• Questions that are included in Pulse surveys will change during the next pulse.
• If you duplicate a question, you will no longer be able to compare the original question to the duplicate question across surveys.

Edit survey questions

1. Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Question Bank > Questions. 
2. Next to the desired question, select the ellipsis (...) menu > Edit question.
3. Edit the question.
   • For agree/disagree questions, the following is editable:
     • Theme
     • Question text
     • Response type
   • For multiple choice questions, the following is editable:
     • Theme
     • Question text
     • Response type
     • Option text
     • Add additional options
4. Click Save question.
