The Data check page of a compensation cycle setup helps ensure that all eligible and ineligible employees have the required data needed to be included in the cycle.
If an employee is missing any of the required data to be included in the compensation cycle, a flag will be raised, and you will be directed to the Employee Pay page to correct missing data before moving on to the next step.
The following data are always required for all eligible and ineligible employees included in the cycle:
- Base pay amount
- Pay effective date
- Pay type (salary, hourly)
If you have multiple currencies included in the cycle, you will be able to review the conversion rates input on the Currency page here.
The Data check page also shows some optional data for reference, but missing data here does not stop the cycle from progressing to the next step.
