Overview
There are several types of admin roles with varying levels of access to Compensation data and functionality:
- Super Admin: this is an overall Lattice admin who has access to all data and functionality in Compensation, as well as every other product in Lattice. Ideally, there should only be one of these at any given time.
- Manage Compensation Custom Role Owner (Global): this admin will be able to access all Compensation data and functionality, but will not be able to access any other Lattice product admin functions. Learn more in Configure Custom Role Compensation Permissions.
- Manage Compensation Cycles Custom Role Owner (Targeted): this admin will be able to manage all compensation cycles and data for their employee subset, but will not be able to access any other Lattice product admin functions. Learn more in Configure Custom Role Compensation Permissions.
- Compensation Cycle Admin: this is a role on a particular compensation cycle, and can be added by a Super or Manage Compensation admin during any part of the cycle. This role has access to all compensation data for participants of that cycle, as well as access to that cycle’s admin settings. This role will not have access to the broader compensation data or functionality outside of the specific cycle.
