The Adoption Summary provides admins with a high-level overview of the overall health of the company's people program. If the data points do not include enough data to reliably show trends, Lattice will prompt you to increase the adoption of the desired tool.
Adoption tips include:
- Enabling feedback nudges
- Updates best practices for managers
- Conducting productive 1:1s
- Assisting in the growth of your direct reports
- Configuring the Goals settings for your organization
- Configuring Update settings for your organization
- Configuring Engagement for your organization
Once adoption has increased, you will be able to view the adoption analytics for the tool.
