Once you have created a custom view from your Engagement Survey, you may find that the view is no longer relevant the way it currently exists. Lattice allows you to edit or delete saved views to keep the filters that are the most pertinent to you.
Note: Only the survey admin who created the view can delete it.
Edit a view
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Surveys.
- Enter the desired survey.
- Enter the Results tab.
- Select Manage views and enter the desired view.
- Make your changes and select Save view.
Delete a view
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Auditing.
- Enter the desired survey.
- Enter the Results tab.
- Select Manage views and select the desired view.
- Select ellipsis > Delete view next to the view title.
