Edit or Delete a Survey Custom View

Once you have created a custom view from your Engagement Survey, you may find that the view is no longer relevant the way it currently exists. Lattice allows you to edit or delete saved views to keep the filters that are the most pertinent to you. 

Note: Only the survey admin who created the view can delete it. 

Edit a view

1. Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Surveys. 
2. Enter the desired survey. 
3. Enter the Sharing tab. 
4. Navigate to the Custom tab.
5. Next to the desired view click the ellipsis > Edit next to the view title. 

Delete a view

1. Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Auditing. 
2. Enter the desired survey. 
3. Enter the Sharing tab. 
4. Navigate to the Custom tab.
5. Next to the desired view click the ellipsis > Delete view next to the view title.
