Enable Cascading Goals

Cascading goals allow employees to align personal achievement with the entire business's success and see how their work impacts the company. 

Enabling cascading goals unlocks:

• Aligned goals
• Rich key results with assigned owners and fields
• Goal tree

Before you start

Enabling cascading will permanently alter your Goals data. Once enabled, you can only disable it by reaching out to customercare@lattice.com. Disabling will keep alignment for previous goals and prevent alignment for future goals. 

Enable cascading goals

1. Navigate to Admin > Goals > Settings. 
2. Under Cascading Goals, select Enable. 
   
   
3. Confirm by selecting Yes, enable.
