Cascading goals allow employees to align personal achievement with the entire business's success and see how their work impacts the company.
Enabling cascading goals unlocks:
Before you start
Enabling cascading will permanently alter your Goals data. Once enabled, you can only disable it by reaching out to [email protected]. Disabling will keep alignment for previous goals and prevent alignment for future goals.
Enable cascading goals
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Settings.
Under Cascading Goals, select Enable.
Confirm by selecting Yes, enable.
