Hide, Move and Resize Columns in the Calibration Table

Hide Columns 

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Select the review cycle. 
2. Within calibration, either within All Employees or a Calibration Group,select the Column picker button.
3. Deselect the columns you want to hide, including:
   • Pre-calibrated score
   • Calibrated ratings
   • Delta
   • Calibration fields

Move Columns 

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Select the review cycle. 
2. Within calibration, either within All Employees or a Calibration Group, drag and drop the columns in your preferred order. 

Resize Columns 

1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews > Select the review cycle. 
2. Within calibration, either within All Employees or a Calibration Group, hover over the column edge and use the arrows to resize that column.
