These steps must be completed by an administrator before members of your organization can connect Lattice MCP to ChatGPT.
In Lattice
- Go to Admin > Platform > MCP Integrations.

- During enablement you choose which roles can use the app. You can revisit this later under Workspace settings > Apps by opening the app's menu and selecting User access.
- To manage app access by custom role, go to Workspace settings > Permissions & roles > Custom roles, select a role, find the Connected data section, and turn on Allow members to use apps, then select Lattice.
- Members can browse the app directory, but they can connect only to apps an administrator has enabled.
