Admins and reviews admins can view and export all sumbitted responses from your performance reviews across reviewers, questions and employees using the Reviews Responses Custom Report.
During set up, admins can select which columns they want to include in the report.
Available Columns and Definitions

| Question ID | The unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to the specific question. |
| Question description | Additional context for the specific question. |
| Response type | The review direction of the review (download, upward, self, peer) |
| Response score | The numerical value assigned to the responder’s answer. |
| Response rating description | The label associated with the response score (e.g., "Exceeds Expectations"). |
| Response text | The actual written comment provided by the responder. |
| Choices | The answer by the responder if it's a multiple choice or multi-select. |
| Calibrated response rating description | The rating label associated with the calibration rating. |
| Calibrated response score | The numerical value for a question post calibration. |
| Competency | The specific competency being evaluated by this question. |
| Goal name | The title of the specific goal linked to the question. |
| Review cycle name | The name of the review cycle |
| Review cycle UUID | The unique identifier for the review cycle. |
| Review cycle calibration ended date | The date/time when the calibration process was finalized. |
| Review cycle creator name | The name of the user who created the review cycle. |
| Review cycle ended date | The official date when the review cycle closed. |
| Review cycle launched date | The date when the review cycle was launched. |
| Responder email | The email address of the person answering the review question. |
| Responder name | The name of the person answering the review question. |

| Review submitted time | The exact timestamp when the review form was submitted. |
| Reviewee acknowledgement date | The date the reviewee signed off on or acknowledged the completed review. |

| Is rejected | True/false flag to indicate if the review was rejected. |
| Is submitted | True/false flag to indicate if the review was submitted. |
| Overridden by | The name of the user who performed a score or rating adjustment. |
| Override group name | The specific group associated with the override. |
| Review packet release date | The date the final review packed was released to the reviewee. |
| Review packet share date | The date the review packet was officially shared. |
