Problem
When someone leaves the company and they are deactivated, will their 1:1s remain visible to active employees who had a 1:1 relationship with them?
Resolution
Yes, when a user is deactivated, all their data remains in Lattice in the 'archived' state, including 1:1s; however the 1:1 relationship will be moved to the 'Inactive 1:1s' section.
- If admins want to view the 1:1 contents of other employees 1:1, the admin will need to navigate to Admin> 1:1> 1:1 Logs> 1:1s tab> click "View".
For a non-admin, navigate to 1:1s > All 1:1s > Unscheduled and scroll down to find Inactive 1:1s. Click to view the archived user's 1:1 and use the calendar icon to select to past 1:1 date you'd like to view.
