Problem
- I haven't received a recent update
- I turned on the setting for Updates and our first reminder should have gone out this week but no one received it.
- Multiple employees are reporting they do not have an Update to write.
Resolution
- If a user had a recent manager change, the new manager will need to turn on Updates for that user.
- Confirm that the affected user has a manager assigned in Lattice.
- Confirm that Updates are enabled by reaching out to your Admin team or your Manager. Learn more in Turning on Updates for Individuals as an Admin or Setting Up Updates as a Manager.

When an Admin or Manager turns on the tool and launches Updates, they will not be sent out immediately.
- Updates are generated on Mondays, so they will start being sent out after the next Monday.
