Problem
I am not receiving notifications from Lattice.
Resolution
If your company has email filters or a spam blocker, you may need to allowlist Lattice's email for your employees. Please work with your IT team to make sure that the following information is allow listed with your provider:
Mail server IP address: 159.135.226.21
Domain: mg.latticehq.com
Mail server: MailGun
Additional email addresses: notifications@mg.latticehq.com
Note: Lattice will stop sending notifications to an email address if we fail to successfully deliver a message due to a recipient's address being returned as invalid/non-existent/temporarily misconfigured. Soft bounces (for example, mailbox is full) do not cause suppressions.
Email bounces usually occur when employees are invited to Lattice before their company email address is activated.
- We would recommend that you don't invite new hires to Lattice until their start date to avoid this issue.
