Problem
- I am not receiving notifications from Lattice.
- Emails from Lattice aren't reaching my inbox.
- I have an active Lattice account, but have not received the email notifications I should be getting.
Resolution
If you are a Lattice administrator or IT team member and no users from your organization are receiving Lattice notifications, see All Users in Organization Not Receiving Email Notifications.
If you are an individual employee not receiving email notifications, please follow these steps:
- If you are a new Lattice user, check with your company admin to ensure you have been invited.
- If you have unsubscribed from Lattice emails in the past or marked a Lattice email as spam, including Lattice marketing notifications, product email notifications will not be delivered. Please reach out to our Customer Care team to check if your email address is unsubscribed and re-subscribe your account to Lattice emails.
- Check your personal notification preferences to ensure email notifications are enabled.
