Depending on the deliverable settings an admin has chosen, your review packet may look different. Below are some examples of common review packets.
Employee and manager view with ratings
Depending on the visibility of the ratings question within the template, managers and employees can view the ratings they have been given in a review. If calibration has been enabled, employees will only see the final calibrated score. Managers will see both their original and calibrated score.
Employee view with anonymous feedback
Depending on the deliverables selected for the review direction, employees and managers may be able to see feedback with reviewers' names attached or anonymized.
Employee view with peer feedback
If your deliverables selected for peer feedback is Share all feedback with the reviewers' name attached, the employee view for peer feedback will include a peer feedback section with the reviewers' names visible.
Employee view with summary remarks
Lastly, if you are having a manager fill out a review template and the manager is writing a summary, the review packet for the employee will look as follows:
