When creating a goal, you can save it as a draft to publish for later. Draft goals can be published at any time using the steps below and are marked with a pencil icon.
Note: Admins cannot publish a goal draft on behalf of an employee.
- Navigate to the Goals page.
- Select the View dropdown > My Drafts.
- Select the draft goal or hover over the goal and select to open the goal context panel.
- Select Publish. A confirmation popup will appear > Publish.
After publishing, you can begin tracking progress or also continue to edit the published goal.
