After a review cycle has launched, admins can track the progress of reviewer participation. In-progress reporting gives visibility around the progress of reviews in the cycle and more flexibility around reminding specific reviewers to complete their reviews.
View progress for all reviews
On the Progress page, you can view the progress percentage for all active reviews. The progress percentage indicates the percentage of reviewers who have submitted all of their reviews and not the percentage of review requests completed.
- Navigate to Admin > Reviews > Performance reviews.
- Click to enter the review cycle.
- Navigate to the review phase you would like to view progress for:
- Peer selection (if included)
- Reviews
- Click to enter the Progress tab.
Progress definitions
The Progress tab categorizes review cycles into the following states:
- Completed (green): The number of reviews that have been written and submitted out of the total number of reviews for that given direction
- In progress (yellow): The number of reviews that have been drafted but not yet been submitted out of the total number of reviews for that given direction
- Not Started (gray): The number of reviews that have not been drafted or started for a given direction
Filter progress by field
Admins can view reviewer progress for a subset of users by filtering by:
- Manager
- Individual
- Department
- Custom field
Grouping by Manager and Individual gathers two different data points:
- Group by Individual: progress of that reviewer
- Group by Manager: progress of that manager's direct reports as reviewers
View progress for individual reviews
For a closer look at an individual review cycle's progress:
- Select the review cycle.
