Feedback notifications and when you can expect to receive them
Navigate to the Notification Center to choose how to send Feedback notifications to your company. Depending on your integrations, you'll be able to choose between Slack, Microsoft Teams and/or Email.
Feedback sends notifications when:
- you receive feedback
- your feedback is requested
- you have a pending feedback request
- a direct report receives public or private + manager feedback (if you're a manager)
- you haven't given or received feedback lately, and feedback nudges are enabled

Pending request
The notification sends 3 business days after your colleague requested your feedback.

For employees:
Header: Take charge of your growth 📈
Body: Hi [Employee name], Curious how you're doing at work? Take charge of your growth with quick, actionable feedback from your peers. Feedback helps you grow as an individual and makes writing your review easier. Ask your peers for feedback to help plan your career growth.

For managers when they have a new direct report:
Header: Give [Direct report name] some praise!
Body: Hey [Manager name],
[Direct report name] is a few weeks into their time at [company]. Welcome [direct report] into the company with some praise! Giving praise early on will go a long way in making direct report feel valued.

For managers when a direct report hasn't received public feedback in the last 60 days:
