Integrate Lattice HRIS with TimeRewards

TimeRewards built an integration with Lattice HRIS to automatically sync employees, managers, and time-off data from Lattice HRIS into TimeRewards. This integration helps streamline your timesheet and scheduling processes by keeping your employee data aligned across systems.

To set up this integration, you must: 

  • Be an Admin in TimeRewards
  • Be an Admin in Lattice HRIS

Set up the Integration

  1. Log into TimeRewards as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to Setup > Apps in the main menu.
  3. Locate the Lattice Integration option and toggle it ON.
  4. Click on the Lattice tab under the Administration section.
  5. Click Connect. You’ll be redirected to Lattice to authorize access.
  6. Once authorized, the systems will be connected.

What information will come over from Lattice HRIS to TimeRewards?

Once connected, TimeRewards will sync the following from Lattice:

Data Type Details Options
Employees All active employees in Lattice HRIS Required (automatically selected)
Time-Off Data Approved and upcoming PTO, vacation, and sick leave Optional

Once the sync is complete, you will see the employees in the Employees tab in TimeRewards. Any new employees added or updated will reflect in this tab post sync. 

Time off information will appear directly in the employees timesheet. 

When It Syncs

  • Click on Sync button
  • Ongoing Syncs: Automatically runs daily.
  • You can also manually trigger a sync at any time.

How to Sync

To manually sync data:

  1. Go to Lattice Tab in TimeRewards.
  2. Click the Sync button.
  3. A confirmation message will appear once the sync is complete.

What to Expect in TimeRewards

Once the sync is complete:

  • You will see the synced employees listed under the Employees tab in TimeRewards.
    • Any new employees added in Lattice HRIS will appear after the next sync.
    • Any updates to existing employee will be reflected post-sync.
  • Time-off information from Lattice will be automatically applied to the employee’s timesheet

Disconnecting the Integration

To disconnect the integration:

  1. Navigate to Lattice Tab in TimeRewards.
  2. Click the Disconnect link.

Note: Once disconnected, TimeRewards will stop syncing employee and time-off data from Lattice HRIS. Previously synced data will remain in the system.
