Lever is an Applicant Tracking Software you can integrate with Lattice HRIS to automatically create and update Hired users for onboarding.
Before you start
- Ensure that Lattice has been set up as the source of truth.
- The person setting this integration up should be a super admin on both Lattice and Lever.
- Only users marked as Hired and whose start dates have not yet come up will be synced to Lattice.
- The candidate's offer must have an anticipated start date on their offer letter to be synced.
- Once synced, they will appear on the Onboarding Overview page in Lattice.
What information will come over to Lattice from Lever?
- By default, the following fields are mapped:

- Custom fields from the Offer form can be synced to custom fields in Lattice. Only the following field types are supported: text, number, date, and dropdown field types. Multiple select and User dropdowns are not supported.
- Departments must exist on both Lattice and Lever in order to be synced.
Initiate the setup
- In Lattice, navigate to Company > Platform > Integrations.
- Go to the ATS Integrations section > Lever > Select Set up Integration > Select Proceed to Lever.
- You will be routed to Lever to authenticate your account. After selecting Accept, you will be automatically routed back to the Lever Integration page in Lattice.
- You should now be able to manually run the sync.
- When ready, toggle on Auto-sync so the sync will initiate daily at 4:00 AM PST.
