Admins can break down the number of Performance Improvement Plans using Charts.
- Navigate to Admin > Analytics > Charts.
- Add:
- Measure: Lattice users
- Breakdown: On Improvement Plans
- Choose how you would like to view the data using Compare Across.
- Choose further filters by selecting Add a filter.
Note: Performance Improvement Plan data is not available to compare against review ratings or compensation data.
