Before you start
- Admins cannot edit the plan on behalf of the manager unless they are the plan creators.
- Admins can utilize the comments function to communicate adjustments directly to managers before approving the Improvement Plan.
- Comments cannot be accessed after the plan is approved and shared with the employee.
Updating the Improvement Plan as a Manager
- Navigate to Performance > Improvement Plans > select the plan.
- Select Edit button at the top of the page to update the Improvement Plan details.
- Select Save Changes.
Note: Any comments left by an admin will be visible on the Improvement Plan page.
