Once a Performance Improvement Plan is shared, managers and admins can use the progress tracker to view and add updates.
Add an Update
- Navigate to Performance > Improvement Plans.
- Select the Improvement Plan.
- Select the Add an update comment box and enter your update.
- To make the update private and only visible to admins and collaborators, select Hide from [Employee's name].
- Select Add update.
View Updates
- Navigate to Performance > Improvement Plans.
- Select the Improvement Plan.
- Under Track updates, view all updates made to the plan.
