Once a Performance Improvement Plan has been reviewed and approved by an admin, managers can share and finalize the plan with the employee.
Share the Performance Improvement Plan
- Navigate to Performance > Improvement Plan.
- Select the Improvement Plan.
- Select Share Plan.
Employees will then be notified that an Improvement Plan has been shared with them. Learn about notifications sent from the Performance Improvement tool.
