Performance Improvement Plans are enabled for Super Admins and users with company-wide Improvement Plan custom role permissions.
Enabling Performance Improvement Plans for Your Organization
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Improvement Plans tab.
- Select the templates to include from the drop-down menu. If you do not have a template created, select Create one.
Note: Templates with Competency or Goals enabled questions cannot be used in Performance Improvement Plans. - After adding the Improvement Plan template, managers can start creating their plans, and improvement plans will be enabled for all users.
As a super admin or global Performance Improvement Plan admin, you can disable the tool for your organization at any time in the Settings tab, under Performance.
