In order for an employee to be eligible and added to Lattice Payroll, they will need the following fields to be completed on their profiles.
Required fields:
Personal:
- First name
- Last name
- Birthdate
- Personal email
- Work email
- SSN
- Permanent address (home address)
- Phone number (if employee work location is Remote)
Compensation:
- Base pay amount
- Base payment type
- Base pay effective date
- Base pay currency
- Base pay schedule
Employment:
- Employment type
- Start date
- Classification
Role:
- Job title
- Remote Employee
- Work location
- If marked as remote, work location is optional, phone number is required
