If an admin has enabled the Lattice AI Agent, employees can ask the Lattice AI Agent questions on everything from HR policies based on documents admins upload to Lattice to data from 1:1s, Feedback, Reviews, Engagement, Grow, and Updates in your Lattice.
Note: Admins have visibility into questions asked of the Lattice AI Agent regarding documents uploaded.
Ask a Question to the Lattice AI Agent
- On your Lattice Homepage, select the Ask Lattice or search bar at the top of the page.
- Enter your question > Select the arrow or press Enter, OR return to a previous conversation and continue it by selecting it in the side panel.
- Once answered, select Source to view the document/tool from which the Lattice AI Agent pulled the answer.
- Select the arrow next to the Source to be takene to the relevant page.
- Upvote or Downvote the answer to share feedback with your Lattice admins.
- Ask any follow-up questions.
Note: The Lattice AI Agent will only provide answers based on the permissions the requestor has. For example, a manager will be able to ask for data on their team, but an individual contributor would not have this access.
Ask the Lattice AI to take actions
The Lattice AI Agent can take actions from within the chat. Ask it to:
- Add a 1:1 talking point
- Write or draft an Update
- Submit or request Feedback.
