The Sync Log allows admins to view every integration sync into and out of Lattice HRIS. For troubleshooting, the log includes sync status, details of the change, and error messages if they are applicable.
View the Sync Log:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform
- Select Sync Log.
- Click on each row to view the details of the change or error on the employee level.
