The Tenure Percentile Field is a default field displayed on employee profiles based on the employees' start dates. The field shows the percentile in relation to how long the employee has been at the company compared to other employees.
Enable or Disable visibility:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > Permissions.
- Under Default Roles, choose a Role > Select Edit.
- In Employee Field Permissions, search for Tenure Percentile.
- Select either View Only or No Acess.
- Select Save Changes.
Field Assignment
Decide which employees have this field as a part of their employee record:
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > Fields.
- Search for and select Tenure Percentile.
- Under Field Assignment, select to Include for all people or Exclude for specific groups of people by choosing a filter.
- Select Save.
