When does an employee come over from Lever to Lattice? When an employee is marked as hired in Lever they will be brought over to Lattice and “dropped” in the onboarding state.
What does the Lever integration use as a unique identifier? Personal Email.
Start Date: The candidate offer MUST have an anticipated start date on their offer letter to be synced.
Will anything sync after my employee’s start date? No. After the employee starts at your company, we will no longer sync information from Lever to Lattice. The reason for this is that if the employee updates their address in Lattice (say, they moved), the sync will revert back to the address on record we have in Lever. We do not want this to happen since Lattice is the source of truth.
When I connect my Lever and Lattice accounts, what syncs? From the day you validate your credentials and connect your account, the integration will sync employees with a hire date equal to or after the day of connection.
I changed an employee’s information in Lever, will those changes show in Lattice? If the change is on the Offer Letter, you must mark the candidate as "unhire", make the change in data and then remark the candidate as hired. This is only if the employee has not hit their start date yet. If the change is on the candidate Profile, you do not need to do anything with hire or un-hire. The change will be reflected after the sync. This is only if the employee has not hit their start date yet.
What types of employees sync from Lever to Lattice? Any employee you mark as “Hired” in Lever will be brought over to Lattice Onboarding.
Departments in Lever and Lattice: If the Departments in Lever and Lattice do not match, the hired candidate’s department will not sync. They must match in both systems to sync.
Employee IDs :Without “auto-id generation” turned on in Lattice, the Lever integration will generate a random Employee ID for the new hires as they appear in Lattice. This can be edited afterward. If you have “auto-id generation” turned on, Lattice will generate an Employee ID for the new employee as they come over to Lattice from Lever.
Custom Fields: Lattice supports custom field mapping for text, number, date, and single-select field types. The integration does not support multi-select fields or user fields in Lever.
