Lattice HRIS: Add Individual Employees

Admins can manually add individual employees through the Directory.

1. Navigate to Admin > Organization > Directory.
2. Select Add employee. 
3. Within the form, fill out the required fields and select :
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Personal email
   • (Optional) Work email 
   • (Optional) Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contingent Worker, Temporary.
   • Start date: Format: YYYY-MM-DD
4. Select Add employee.
5. A pop-up will appear which will allow you to Begin onboarding or repeat the process to Add another employee.
