When a Workflow is set up, actions can be configured that need to take place as a part of the workflow.
Approval
If approval is a part of the workflow process you’ll receive an email and task on your homepage notifying you of the approval.
Approve or reject an approval:
- Select Review changes from your email or View task from your homepage.
- You’ll be brought to the approval screen. Click reject or approve.
Note: If you choose to reject the change request, you will also have the option to write a Reject reason.
Task
If tasks are part of the workflow process, you’ll receive an email and a task on your homepage notifying you of the task.
Approve or reject a task:
- Select View task from your email or your homepage.
- You’ll be brought to the task screen. Once you’ve completed your task, Mark as complete. Alternatively, you can Decline task.
