Your HR team may require some of your personal data to be updated via a Workflow to ensure proper notification. You can start a workflow through the Details section of your Employee Profile.
Start a workflow as an employee
- Navigate and select your name at the bottom left of your Lattice homepage > View profile.
- Select the Details tab.
Note: You will see that some of the fields in this section are editable (such as personal email in the example below), while others are locked (such as address) and may require you to update this information via a Workflow. - Select Actions and then select the workflow you want to start.
- Enter the details of what you need to update. Your current data will be listed below each field so you can easily identify which fields you are updating.
- When you are done, select save.
Once your Workflow has been actioned on, you’ll receive a notification via email on whether it’s been approved or denied. To learn more about the status of your Workflow, select View details.
