- Navigate to Admin > Directory under Organization.
- Select the employee.
- Within the employee profile select Actions > Terminate employee.
- Enter the Termination date (YYYY-MM-DD).
- This should be the last day the employee will receive payroll and other employment benefits
- Enter the Last working day (YYYY-MM-DD).
- This can differ from the termination date, depending on the circumstances of the employee's departure. You cannot select a last working date past the termination date.
- Select the Deactivation time or select Effective Immediately.
- This is when the employee’s Lattice account access will be revoked on their last working day. The timezone will automatically update based on the employee’s local timezone. You can also choose to revoke access immediately by selecting Effective Immediately.
- Select the termination type: Voluntary or Involuntary.
- (Optional) Enter the Reason and Attrition
- Select whether the employee is Eligible for rehire > Terminate employee.
Note: Regrettable attrition occurs when an employee leaves your organization willingly whereas non-regrettable attrition occurs when your company's HR leaders fire or lay off an employee.
