Admins can upload historical, overall scores at the company, department, and individual levels from external Engagement Surveys into Lattice. Once uploaded, the historical overall scores will be visible to super admins within the engagement survey results of a survey that was set up and launched within Lattice.
Note: Lattice does not support the upload of historical scores for individual survey questions.
Upload a historical engagement survey
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Historical data.
- Click on Upload historical data at the top right of the screen.
- Click on download the CSV template where you can download the pre-formatted CSV template and add department, company and manager level engagement scores.
- The uploaded engagement survey's results will be visible within the Compare to tab of an engagement survey that has been set up and launched within Lattice.
