Calibration groups allow admins to manage who is included in calibration sessions and what those participants can see during the calibration process. Super admins and talent review admins can create as many calibration groups as necessary to complete the process. Department, manager, or role commonly separates these groups.
After creating a group, you can assign reviewees to the group. Both facilitators and participants within the group can access pre-calibrated and calibrated scores for the assigned reviewees.

Avoiding Calibration Role Conflicts
When adding reviewees to a Calibration Group, admins will be warned if that employee is already a participant or a faciliator for that group.
In the warning pop-up, admins can view which employees are causing the conflict and choose to add or not add them to the group.
