While writing a review, employees can view previous 1:1s they have participated in for additional context to help write review responses. This is available for all types of reviews (self, upward, downward, and peer).
Note: 1:1s will only display meetings with agenda items, action items, or notes. If a meeting does not meet this requirement, it will not appear within the context panel.
- When writing a review, select the name of the reviewee from the left-hand panel. On the right-hand side, the context panel will open.
- Select 1:1s.
- (Optional) Filter 1:1 meetings by time by clicking on the time dropdown and selecting one of the following options:
- Past year
- Past 6 months
- Past 3 months
- Show all
- Click into a meeting to expand the view to include more detail.
