Grow notifications and when you can expect to receive them
Navigate to the Notification Center to choose how to send Grow notifications to your company. Depending on your integrations, you'll be able to choose between Slack, Microsoft Teams and/or Email.
Grow sends notifications when:
- a direct report publishes a growth area
- a direct report updates a growth area
- a manager creates a growth area for a direct report
- a manager updates a growth area for a direct report
And:
- one week before an action item is due
- one week after a growth area has been drafted, but not yet published
Notifications
Direct report creates growth area
When a direct report publishes a new growth area, their manager will receive the following:
Header: [Employee name] added a growth area to their growth plan
Body: [Growth area title, linked competency (if applicable), and description]
Button: View growth area
Direct report updates growth area
When a direct report updates a growth area, their manager will receive the following:
Header: [Employee name] updated their growth area
Body: [Growth area title, linked competency (if applicable), and update description]
Button: View growth area
Manager creates a growth area for their direct report
When a manager publishes a new growth area for their report, the report will receive the following:
Header: [Manager name] added a growth area to your growth plan
Body: [Growth area title, linked competency (if applicable), and description]
Button: View growth area
Manager updates growth area for a direct report
When a manager updates a growth area for their report, the report will receive the following:
Header: [Manager name] updated your growth plan
Body: [Growth area title, linked competency (if applicable), and update description]
Button: View growth area
One week before an action item's due date
Lattice automatically reminds employees to complete action items one week before the due date with the following:
Header: Hey [Employee name], As a reminder, you have growth area actions due on [date].
Body: [Growth area title, action item(s) and due dates]
