How to obtain mass data exports for the Lattice tools
You can export your data at any point during your Lattice subscription service period by following the instructions below.
Note: Upon subscription expiration, you will no longer have access to your Lattice data. So please make sure to download any necessary data reports prior to subscription expiration. See below for more information about Lattice's Data Retention policies.
Exporting Your Org Chart
- Navigate to Admin > People > Employees.
- Click Export CSV.
Exporting Your Review Data
You can export your review responses on a cycle-by-cycle basis into CSV.
Exporting Your 1:1 Data
1:1s log
- Navigate to Admin > 1:1s > 1:1s log.
- Click Export CSV.
1:1s adoption
- Navigate to Admin > Adoption > 1:1s.
- Under the 1:1s adoption graph, click Export CSV.
Exporting Your Updates Data
Please note: Update exports will not contain comments.
Updates log
- Navigate to Admin > Updates > Updates log.
- Click Export CSV.
Updates adoption
- Navigate to Admin > Adoption > Updates.
- Under the Updates adoption graph, click Export CSV.
Exporting Your Goals Data
Goals Participation and Status
- Navigate to the Goals page.
- Enter either the Participation or Status reporting pages
- Click Export CSV.
Goals list
- Navigate to the Goals page.
- Enter the desired Preset (Your goals, Direct reports, Organization, etc.).
- Click Export CSV.
Exporting Your Feedback Data
Lattice now allows you to further customize the data exports within the feedback tool! You can now choose which user attributes you would like to include within these exports as needed.
Exporting Your Engagement/Pulse Data
You can export your engagement and pulse data on a survey-by-survey basis as well.
Lattice Data Retention Period
Your Lattice account and all data stored in your account will be deleted automatically 180 days after contract expiration or termination. After such a point, any data you had previously stored in Lattice will be irrecoverable.
If you would like for your account data to be immediately deleted upon contract cancellation, please contact us at customercare@lattice.com to make that request.
Before we complete a request to delete an account, we must verify the identity of the person making the request. Identity can be verified in the following ways:
- An email from the admin from the company email address
- A letter from the CEO on company letterhead
- A picture of a Valid ID from the requestor
