Three easy ways to upload and invite your organization
Once an admin has set up the organization and employees have been created in the system, they can be invited into Lattice.
To invite users, navigate to Admin > Organization > People > Employees.
There are a few different ways to invite users to sign into Lattice:
After your company has completed your Lattice onboarding, created users will automatically be invited to Lattice. You will not need to complete this extra step. If you would like to have this feature enabled before onboarding or have any questions, please reach out to customercare@lattice.com.
Note: The Lattice invitation is not customizable.
Invite individual employees
Once your organization has been imported into Lattice via CSV or HRIS, employees can be found in the Created tab.
- Navigate to the Created tab.
- Search and find the employee.
- Within the employee row, click ellipsis (...) > Send Invite.
Invite select users
You can invite a select group of users to Lattice by importing a CSV into Lattice. Learn more in Inviting Groups of Employees to Lattice via CSV.
Inviting all Created users
To invite all Created users, click Invite All Users within the yellow banner.
Resend an invite
If an employee did not receive the initial invite email, you may need to resend the invite. To do so navigate Admin > Organization > People > Employees > Invited > ellipsis (...) > Resend Invite.
The invitation email
Invited users will receive an email with the subject line "Your Lattice invite has arrived!" In the example below, "Degree International" is the company name.
