Admins can change an employee's manager directly from the user's profile.
Note: If you are integrated with an HRIS, you must make this change within your HRIS to see the update reflected in Lattice.
- Navigate to Admin > Organization > Directory.
- Search for the employee and click on the employee's name.
- Scroll down to Employment > Role Details and click the pencil icon.
- Under Manager, select the "x" next to the original manager's name to remove.
- Type and select the new manager's name within the field.
- Select Save Changes.
