How can I add a reviewee to an active review cycle?
Late reviewees can be added to reviews by navigating to the Reviewees tab of the active cycle. Learn more in Add a late reviewee in an active cycle.
How can I reopen a review once it's been submitted?
Managers and employees can request a review to be reopened after submission. Admins have the ability to approve the request and reopen the review. Learn more in Reopen a Review.
How can I edit or change a question in an active review cycle?
Admins can change and update questions that are currently in use while still maintaining the data integrity of previous questions. Title, description, question response labels, and visibility can be updated. Learn more in Edit questions in an active cycle.
Can I change a reviewee's manager in an active review cycle?
Manager changes that occur during a review cycle can be reflected in an active cycle. Admins can adjust who should complete the downward and upwards reviews and select a new review packet sharer. Learn more in Change Manager Responsibilities in a Review Cycle.
Can I see who has not submitted a review?
Admins can view which employees still need to complete a review within the review cycle, or by exporting reviewer progress. Learn more in View submitted review progress and Export review progress.
How do I end and share review packets?
Managers, if applicable, and admins can end and share the review packets once submissions are complete. Learn more below:
