Talent reviews help people leaders and HR teams better understand the shape of the talent in their organization: who the top talent is, the single points of failures, and the attrition risks. They are different from performance reviews in that they evaluate both past performance and future potential.
Note: Responses to talent reviews will always be hidden from the reviewee.
Complete a talent review
- Navigate Reviews > Talent reviews.
- Under the Reviewing tab, click on the talent review.
- Within the intro modal, click Start talent review to be taken to your direct reports' reviews.
- Choose performance ratings for the reviewee. You may need to expand the lefthand navigation to view all reviewees you have been assigned.
- Note: Progress is automatically saved so you can return to the review later.
- Click Submit [reviewee] 's review.
- A confirmation modal will appear –– Click Submit.
- (Optional) If you have been assigned multiple talent reviews, click Next review to move to the next review.
Reviews context panel
You can utilize the review context panel to provide concrete examples of past performances when completing reviews. Depending on the direction of the review, some information will only be visible to reviewers who have been assigned visibility to the tool via a role or relationship.
