To change your company's email domain and prevent lockouts for users:
- Navigate to Admin > Company > Profile.
- Under Email domain, add the new domain and click Save.
- Bulk update employee email addresses with their new email domains.
- (Optional) If your company is integrated with SSO, ensure the new email addresses are sent by your SSO provider to Lattice.
- (Optional) If you would also like to change the subdomain of your Lattice URL, reach out to Customer Care to initiate that process. (For example, if your current Lattice URL is bigco.latticehq.com, you could have the URL updated to littleco.latticehq.com.)
