To change your company's email domain and prevent lockouts for users:
- Navigate to Admin > Company > Profile.
- Under Email domain, add the new domain and click Save.
- Bulk update employee email addresses with their new email domains.
- Reach out to Customer Care to change your company domain in Lattice.
- (Optional) If your company is integrated with SSO:
- Ensure the new emails are supported by your SSO.
- SSO will need to be reintegrated to prevent lockouts. Learn more in Configure SSO for Lattice.
